THE ROLE
Lead all financial operations reporting directly to the CFO and General Manager. Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, membership billing, audit coordination, tax compliance, cash management, and banking relationships.
Supervise a two-person accounting team and serve as a trusted financial advisor to leadership, delivering strategic insights and driving process improvements while maintaining robust internal controls.

WHAT WE OFFER

YOU HAVE
▪ 5+ years progressive accounting/finance experience
▪ 3-5 years in financial leadership or controller role
▪ Proficiency in Jonas Club Software
▪ Expert knowledge of US GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance
▪ Excel power user for financial analysis and forecasting
▪ Strong understanding of internal controls and audit processes
▪ CPA, MBA, CMS, or CHAE designation (preferred)
▪ Private club/hospitality experience (highly preferred)
▪ Strategic thinker, proactive problem-solver, exceptional communicator
▪ High integrity with proven leadership abilities
